RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All purchases via our website are final. Items purchased from DOUSE SUPPLY ("Douse","we","us",or "our") via our website are strictly non-exchangeable.

Before purchased items are posted out, we make sure that the items mailed out are accurate and examine our products attentively in assuring quality.

1) Hence, all items purchased from our website are strictly non-exchangeable and non returnable unless it is due to a fault on our side in which we will look into the said issue on a case by case basis. In circumstances like these, we will pay for all postage charges incurred.

2) Items purchased from our website can only be returned to us within 14 days from the day the item was received.

CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE EXCHANGE OF ITEM IS ALLOWED:

1) Incorrect Items Sent/ Incomplete Order Sent

2) Defective Items Sent

In the unlikely circumstance that you acquired an Incorrect/Incomplete or Defect item(s), do download and fill in the form in the link provided. Follow the steps for Return & Exchange provided in the pdf file in order for us to process the exchange.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1) Exchange item will only be mailed out after the returned item has arrived in our hands.

2) Items must NOT BE WORN, ALTERED or WASHED with the original tags attached to the item and if possible with original packaging. Items with stains, rips, holes and other damages will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned back.

3) Exchange of Item will also not be authorized if the item is found to have a defect which has been purposely made.

4) Exchange will also not be allowed in circumstances such as:

• Size does not fit (Unless there is a mistake on our side whereby we have mailed out the wrong size which is different from the order)
• Changing of Mind
• Item damaged due to own carelessness
• Dislike of Colour (Colour on photos may differ from real item due to Lighting)
